The Day will include

Flow Yoga: Energise your body and mind with an invigorating flow yoga session

Yoga Nidra: Experience deep relaxation through guided yoga nidra practice.

A delicious and nourishing lunch

Cacao ceremony

Voice Workshop: Tara will take you through some easy, comfortable and healthy vocal exercises to promote relaxation, wellbeing and mind/body connection.

Soundbath: enjoy a restoring relaxation with sounds from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, some gentle drumming and the shimmering tones of the wind gong

End the day with a delightful afternoon tea with home made cake
All activities are optional and there is plenty of beautiful space to spend some time alone
