ABOUT

Anna’s gentle and encouraging teaching style reignited my love of yoga

Welcome! I have been practising Iyengar and Hatha yoga over 20 years and teaching for 5. I offer friendly, down to earth classes and aim to help everyone find comfort and ease in their own bodies, whatever your previous movement experience. My classes are a playful flow style, sometimes strong, sometimes gentle, always with a breathing practice and relaxation. My style is rooted in my creative background in dance and inclusive arts  and Iyengar yoga.  Everyone can enjoy the enormous benefits of yoga & pilates, it is never too late to start!

Strength & flexibility.

Move from one yoga pose to the next with the breath in flowing sequences that will develop strength and flexibility whilst leaving you feeling centered and relaxed.

RESTORATIVE & YIN YOGA

Relax and Renew

Classes to allow you to fully and deeply relax your body and your mind. Poses are held for a longer time supported by props


PILATES

Classic pilates mat classes

Pilates is a full body holistic exercise that focuses on correct breathing, control and centering, improving balance, posture, strength and flexibility. .
