Hello! I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher based in Cheddar, Somerset. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience, 25 years of practising Iyengar and hatha yoga and a degree in dance, I started teaching in 2017. I create a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore and grow. My classes are a playful flow style, emphasizing mindful movement, alignment and connection with the breath, allowing students to develop strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of body and breath awareness. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, respect their limitations, and sink into a long relaxation at the end of class!

Vinyasa and Hatha Flow yoga - Move from one yoga pose to the next with the breath in flowing sequences that will develop strength and flexibility whilst leaving you feeling centered and relaxed.

Retreats and events to allow you to fully and deeply relax your body and your mind, recharge & rebalance. Sound baths and soothing live music. 

 

Pilates is a full body holistic exercise that focuses on correct breathing, control and centering, improving balance, posture, strength and flexibility. .
