Welcome! I have been practising Iyengar and Hatha yoga for 25 years and started teaching in 2018. I offer friendly, down to earth classes and aim to help everyone find comfort and ease in their own bodies, whatever your previous movement experience. My classes are a playful flow style, sometimes strong, sometimes gentle, always with a breathing practice and relaxation. My style is rooted in the precision of Iyengar yoga and the fluidity of dance. Everyone can enjoy the enormous benefits of yoga & pilates, it is never too late to start!
